The Match started with the home side on the front foot looking to find an early break through after their early dominance in the first period.
In the 22nd minute the deadlock was finally broken through Penydarren winger Nicky Francis who capitalised on a Cwmbran mistake to finish neatly past the visitor’s goalkeeper into the bottom corner. Penydarren on absolute fire at this point.
Penydarren found their second of the game soon after through midfielder Anthony Smith who bent his shot into the far top corner from outside the box. No chance for the visiting goalkeeper.
Just a minute later Pen got their 3rd of the game through striker Paul Ryan who turned his man inside the box to fire his effort into the bottom corner and to send Kerion Galls men into the break with a very comfortable lead.
